Shipping & Returns.
1. Processing Time
Orders usually ship within 2–4 business days after payment
During busy times (launches, holidays, sales) processing may take longer
Pre-order items will show an estimated ship date on the product page
2. Shipping
We currently ship in the United States, for worldwide shipping please order from my Etsy shop.
Shipping options, carriers, and costs are shown at checkout and depend on your location and order size.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email and (if available) tracking information.
3. Customs & Duties (International)
For international orders:
Your order may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties
These charges are set by your local customs authority and are your responsibility
We cannot mark orders as “gifts” or undervalue them on customs forms.
4. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout.
We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you; additional shipping may be required to resend
If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, please:
Check around your property and with neighbors
Contact the carrier with your tracking number

5. Returns
Adjust this to match Ellie’s real policy.
Basic template:
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Your return will process within 5 days of arrival
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions
6. Non-Returnable Items
Typically non-returnable:
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Custom or personalized items
If an item is non-returnable, we’ll note it on the product page and/or at checkout.
7. How to Request a Return
To request a return:
Email ellie@everythingbyellie.com with your order number and reason for return
If approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions
Send the item back within 7 days of approval using a tracked shipping method
Unless we made an error or the item is faulty:
You’re responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method for the returned item(s)
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/card
If your return is not approved, we’ll let you know and may offer to send the item back to you (you may need to pay reshipment).
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Email us at ellie@everythingbyellie.com within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We’ll review and, if confirmed, we’ll:
Replace the item where possible, or
Offer a refund, or
Suggest another reasonable solution
